Managing Direct Payouts & Stripe Express Dashboard

Card payments taken through Membrzs are deposited directly to your bank account by Stripe — here's how to connect your account and manage payouts.

1. How Payouts Work

Membrzs uses Stripe Express to move card payment money to your bank account. When you set up card payments, Membrzs creates a Stripe Express account tied to your business and requests card payment and transfer capabilities on it. From that point, Stripe deposits your balance directly to the bank account you connect — Membrzs doesn't hold or forward funds separately.

Cash sales aren't part of this — cash you collect in person stays with you and isn't deposited by Stripe.

2. Connecting Your Stripe Account

  1. Go to Config > Payment Setup (owners and managers).
  2. If you haven't connected an account yet, you'll see Set Up Card Payments. Tap Set Up with Stripe →.
  3. You'll be taken to Stripe to complete a short verification (business details, bank account, identity).
  4. Cash payments work without this step — card payments are enabled once your account is verified.

3. Setting Your Payout Schedule

How often you're paid is set inside Membrzs (owners and managers):

  • Mobile: Config > Payment Setup > Payout Schedule.
  • Web Portal: the Payouts page.

Pick Daily, Weekly (choose a weekday), or Monthly (choose a day, or "Last day"). Changes apply to future payouts; anything already in transit keeps its timing. Stripe still enforces a minimum settlement delay, so funds land a couple of business days after a sale no matter the frequency. See Getting Paid: Payout Timing & Schedule.

4. Opening the Stripe Express Dashboard

Once your account shows Payments Ready on the Payment Setup screen, tap Open Stripe Dashboard →. Use it to change your payout bank account, view your balance, or update tax information. (Payout frequency is set in Membrzs — see Section 3 — not here.)

5. Updating Your Account Details

If you need to change your business information after the fact (address, owner details, etc.), tap Update Account Details on the Payment Setup screen. This relaunches Stripe's verification flow so you can update what's on file.

Can I access my Stripe dashboard from the Web Portal?

Yes — the Payouts page in the Web Portal has an Open Stripe Dashboard → button, plus the payout-schedule controls. Same options as Config > Payment Setup on mobile.

How do I change my payout bank account?

Open the Stripe dashboard from Config > Payment Setup > Open Stripe Dashboard → (mobile) or the Payouts page (Web Portal), then update your bank account from there.

How do I change how often I get paid?

In Membrzs, not the Stripe dashboard — Config > Payment Setup > Payout Schedule on mobile, or the Payouts page in the Web Portal.
