Revenue by Day, Session & Market Location

The Overview tab of Reports breaks down your revenue across time, individual selling sessions, and market locations so you can spot trends and compare events.

1. Where to Find It

In the Web Portal, go to Reports in the sidebar. This lands you on the Overview tab by default (the other tabs are Tax Report, By Zip Code, and — on Team/Enterprise plans — Sales by Seller; see the separate Reports overview article for the full tab layout).

At the top right, a date-range selector lets you switch between Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days. This range drives every chart on the Overview tab except Hot Sellers, which always looks at a fixed rolling 7-day window regardless of what you pick here (covered in its own article).

You can further narrow the whole tab to one Session and/or one Seller using the filter dropdowns above the stat cards; a Clear filters button appears once either is set.

2. Revenue by Day

The "Revenue by Day" chart plots up to the most recent 14 days within your selected range as horizontal bars, each labeled with the date, that day's revenue, and its order count. This is the fastest way to see which specific days were strongest.

3. Revenue by Session

The "Revenue by Session" chart lists your individual selling sessions (a session is a single open-to-close market/event) ranked by revenue, each bar showing the session label, order count, and market location. Only sessions with at least one completed order in the selected range appear, and the list is capped at the top 20 sessions by revenue, of which the 12 highest are charted here.

4. Revenue by Market Location

The "Revenue by Market Location" chart ranks each of your configured market locations by revenue across the selected range, with each bar showing the number of sessions and orders at that location. Orders from sessions with no assigned location are grouped as "No location."

5. Other Overview Cards

Depending on your data, the Overview tab also shows:

  • Total Revenue, Total Orders, and Avg Order Value stat cards for the selected range and filters.
  • By Payment Method — revenue split between card and cash.
  • Top Products — your top 6 products by revenue in the selected range, with units sold.
  • Hot Sellers — see the dedicated Hot Sellers article.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't Revenue by Session/Location totals match my Total Revenue stat card? The session and location charts only include sessions/locations with completed orders and are capped at the top 20 by revenue, so a vendor with many low-volume sessions could see a small gap between the charted totals and the overall stat card.

Can I export the Overview charts? No — CSV export is only available for the Tax Report and Sales by Seller tabs. The Overview tab is charts-only.
