Session Revenue Goals & Team Leaderboards

Set a dollar target for a market session and, on Team and Enterprise plans, let sellers see a live leaderboard ranking who's sold the most.

1. Setting a Revenue Goal

  1. When opening a session, enter an amount in the Revenue Goal ($, optional) field on the Open Session screen.
  2. Once the session is open, a progress bar appears at the top of the POS screen showing your current total against the goal, with a percentage. It updates automatically as sales come in.
  3. As you approach and pass the goal, the bar's label changes: ๐ŸŽฏ Almost there at 75% of goal, โœ… Goal hit! at 100%, and ๐ŸŽ‰ Crushed it at 150% and beyond. The bar itself visually caps at 100% fill even though the label keeps climbing past that.
  4. To avoid re-entering a goal every time, set a Default Revenue Goal ($) under Config > Operations โ€” it pre-fills the goal field automatically when you open a session at a location with no prior sales history. A location that already has a closed session remembers and reuses that session's own goal instead.

2. Turning On the Session Leaderboard (Team & Enterprise)

The Session Leaderboard ranks sellers within one session by revenue, and is available on the Team and Enterprise plans.

  1. An Owner can turn the feature on or off business-wide under Config > Operations, in the Team Leaderboard toggle. Turning it off hides the option entirely, even for vendors who'd otherwise want it for a specific session.
  2. If it's enabled business-wide, the Session Leaderboard toggle appears on the Open Session screen (on by default) โ€” turn it off there if you don't want it for that particular session.
  3. Once a session with the leaderboard on has at least one sale, tap the session pill (ยทยทยท) at the top of the POS screen to open the session menu, then tap ๐Ÿ† View Leaderboard.
  4. The leaderboard lists sellers ranked by revenue for the session, each row showing their photo or initials, name, order count, and total revenue.

3. Viewing a Leaderboard After the Session Closes

The same leaderboard view is available from Session History for any past session that had it enabled โ€” useful for reviewing team performance after the market wraps up.
